Seminar hotel Messmer

Hotel Messmer am Kornmarkt is a certified seminar hotel in the heart of Bregenz, recognised as the Seminar State Winner (Bundeslandsieger) for Vorarlberg. It features three fully renovated meeting rooms on the ground floor, all adjacent to each other, with natural daylight, air conditioning and direct access to the seminar garden. The central location in the four-country region of Austria, Germany, Switzerland and Liechtenstein makes it especially attractive for cross-border events.

Hotel Messmer offers three meeting rooms plus a combined configuration: 'Gruner' (48 m²), 'Negrelli' (63 m²) and 'Nepomuk' (49 m²). The Gruner and Negrelli rooms can be merged into a single space of 111 m² with a length of 17 metres. All rooms have 3-metre ceiling height, natural daylight, air conditioning and full blackout capability.

Capacities vary by seating arrangement. In cinema layout: Gruner seats 40, Negrelli 50, Nepomuk 40, and the combined Gruner/Negrelli up to 100 people. In boardroom format, individual rooms seat 20–24, combined up to 40. Available configurations include cinema, circle, boardroom, classroom and U-shape – all individually adaptable to the event.

Meeting rooms start at €95 per half-day (4 hours). The Gruner and Nepomuk rooms cost €145 for a full day; Negrelli is €165 for a full day. The combined Gruner/Negrelli configuration (111 m²) starts at €245 per full day. Evening bookings from 19:00 are also available at the half-day rate.

The standard package includes free WiFi, 2 flipcharts, 1 magnetic whiteboard, 2 pin boards and projection screens, trainer markers, moderation kit, notepads, pens, Clickshare, laser pointer, Mini DisplayPort, USB-C and presenter connectors. 

Optional extras include video conferencing systems (€100 each), additional projectors (€30/day), laptops (€30/day) and video cameras (€50/day). Across the entire venue, 5 flipcharts, 8 pin boards, 4 projectors and a PA system are also available.

Yes. Hotel Messmer offers combined conference and accommodation packages. Seminar guests stay in the fully renovated 4-star rooms and apartments, with a generous breakfast buffet included. Use of the hotel's wellness area with sauna and sanarium is complimentary for seminar guests. The underground car park is accessible directly from the hotel, sheltered from the weather.

Hotel Messmer is located in Bregenz directly on the border with Germany and Switzerland – both borders are reachable within a few minutes by car. Its central position in the four-country region A/D/CH/FL makes it a natural conference venue for teams from across the Lake Constance area. A private underground car park is available for arriving guests.
